Hey seoul crushers!
So get this – Korean media just spilled the tea on something that happened way back in 2010. Apparently, actress Seo Ji Hye totally saved a woman from some drunk dude on a train. Wild, right?
Here’s how it went down: Seo had just wrapped up filming for her drama “Kim Soo Ro” and was hopping on the KTX train back to Seoul. That’s when she spotted this drunk guy harassing a woman on the platform. Yikes.
Being the badass she is, Seo carefully approached them and was like, “Hey, what’s going on here?” The woman explained that she’d just been trying to help the guy with directions, but he wouldn’t leave her alone and kept hitting on her. Not cool, dude.
Seo wasn’t about to let that slide. She pulled the woman closer and got on the train with her for protection. But get this – the creep actually followed them onto the train! He even had the nerve to ask for the woman’s number.
At that point, Seo was like “Oh hell no.” She’d already warned this guy verbally, but he just wouldn’t quit. So she decided to take matters into her own hands – literally. Turns out, Seo’s got some serious Hapkido skills. She used this move called a mechigi throw to take the guy down. Talk about girl power!
Fun fact: Seo’s actually got a 4th degree black belt in Hapkido. Pretty impressive, right? She admitted later that she was scared at the moment, but she found the courage to step up and save the day. What a hero!
